2. MWO PLOUFFE ENROLLED IN OTTAWA ON 04 APR 2002, FROM THERE HE COMPLETED BASIC TRG, QL3 AND THEN OFF TO CFB PETAWAWA FOR HIS FIRST POSTING AT 2 GS BN. HE SPENT A LITTLE OVER 5 YEARS THERE WORKING AT THE 2 SVC BN RQ AND SPSS SECTIONS. DURING HIS TIME AT THE BATTALION HE DEPLOYED TO BOSNIA IN 2003-2004 AND AFGHANISTAN IN 2007. HE WAS THEN POSTED TO OTTAWA IN 2007 AS A CPL TO DMARP 4 AS A SUPPLY MANAGER & PROCUREMENT OFFICER. PROMOTED TO MCPL IN 2010, HE WAS POSTED INTERNALY TO DGLEPM AS PART OF THE AHSVS PROJECT INTO ANOTHER SUPPLY MANAGER POSITION. PROMOTED TO SGT IN 2013, HE APPLIED TO CANSOFCOM AND WAS POSTED TO CJIRU IN TRENTON, ON. AS PART OF HIS 3 YEARS THERE HE WAS DEPLOYED AS AN S4 TO JORDAN FOR 4 MONTHS AND PARTICIPATED IN MULTIPLE MULTI NATIONAL EXERCISES. IN 2016 HE APPLIED FOR A POSTING TO BEAUTIFUL YELLOWKNIFE, NT. POSTED TO YK IN 2016 HE STAYED THERE FOR 3 YEARS AS THE MCO AND THEN IC SUPPLY OF ASU (N) FOR THE LAST YEAR. POSTED TO CHILLIWACK, BC IN 2019 AS A WO, HE TOOK ON THE SUPPLY OFFICER POSITION AT 39 SVC BN FOR 1 YEAR. POSTED TO OTTAWA IN 2020, HE WAS POSTED TO DGAEPM WITHIN R&CS SECTION WHERE HE WAS THE SUPPLY TECHNICAL AUTHORITY FOR THE NORTH WARNING SYSTEM. PROMOTED TO MWO IN 2021, HE WAS POSTED INTERNALY TO HIS CURRENT POSITION AT TSS (O-G) AS THE SUPPLY & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER AS WELL AS SERGEANT-MAJOR.
3. MWO PLOUFFE LEAVES THE CAF FOR A PUBLIC SERVANT POSITION AT QETE IN GATINEAU, QC.
4. LASTLY, THIS MOVE WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT ALL THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE GAINED THROUGH COLLEAGUES, SUPERVISORS AND MENTORS. HE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY AND THANK HIS FAMILY (MELANIE, AND THEIR 2 SONS, NOLAN AND REMI) FOR THE LOVE AND SUPPORT DURING 20+ YEARS OF SERVICE. THIS NEW PUBLIC SERVANT OPPORTUNITY WILL ALLOW HIM TO FOCUS ON WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR HIM; FAMILY.
