MCpl Yvonne Goulet, CD

Master Corporal Yvonne Goulet will be retiring on 1 May 2022, after more than 14 years of good and loyal service with the Canadian Armed Forces and the Materiel Management Technician trade.
MCpl Goulet, who is from Campbell River, British Columbia, enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces on August 24, 2007, in Comox, British Columbia, originally as a Mobile Support Equipment Operator. Starting in September 2007, she went to Saint-Jean to take basic training. After completing her training in December 2007, MCpl Goulet went to CFB Borden, until she could take her trade course. In January 2008, MCpl Goulet started her Mobile Support Equipment Operator trade course at QL3. After successful completion she was posted to CFB Borden, Ontario.
While in Borden, she was employed in GPV section as a driver. In July 2012 she was posted to 2 Service Battalion in Petawawa, Ontario. The summer of 2013 MCpl Goulet VOT to Materiel Management Technician and completed her QL3 that same year. Upon completion she was posted to Supply Company where she work at clothing stores at the front counter and LSR Clerk. In 2015 MCpl Goulet was deployed on Roto 0 for Op Unifier in Ukraine. In June 2016 MCpl Goulet was posted to CSOR in Petawawa, Ontario, where she was able to have the opportunity to deploy again in 2018 with the Regiment. While posted to CSOR she was employed in MSA/R&D, SPSS, Sigs Coy and Customer Services.
MCpl Goulet is currently going back to school so she can start her new career as an aesthetician. She has been currently attending online schooling to obtain new qualifications for this new career. She wants to take advantage of every moment spent with her daughter Eve and husband Romeo Goulet.
At the member’s request, a private ceremony will be held to mark her departure with dignity.
