CAPT PAMELA ADAMS, AIR LOGISTICS OFFICER
- AFTER 7 YEARS OF LOYAL AND DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CANADIAN ARMED FORCES, CAPT ADAMS WILL RETIRE EFFECTIVE 3 JUNE 2022
- CAPT ADAMS ENROLLED ON 17 JULY 2014 AS AN ARMY LOGISTICS OFFICER. SHE COMPLETED TRAINING IN 2018, SPECIALIZING IN FOODS SERVICES. SHORTLY THEREAFTER SHE CHANGED ENVIRONMENTS AND BECAME LOGISTICS-AIR QUALIFIED IN 2019. CAPT ADAMS HAS PROVIDED DISTINGUISHED SERVICE ACROSS A SPECTRUM OF POSTINGS AND ASSIGNMENTS, INCLUDING 3RD CANADIAN DIVISION SUPPORT BASE EDMONTON, DET WAINWRIGHT AND CANADIAN FORCES LOGISTICS TRAINING CENTRE (CFLTC). SHE IS CURRENTLY THE CFLTC HEADQUARTERS 2ND IN COMMAND, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE, CONTROL AND TRAINING OF THE PERSONNEL AWAITING TRAINING PLATOON
- CAPT ADAMS WILL RETIRE TO NOVA SCOTIA TO FOCUS ON HER FAMILY AND HER PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS
- A DEPART WITH DIGNITY CEREMONY WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, 2 JUNE 2022 AT 1400HRS AT THE CFB BORDEN OFFICERS MESS SPORTS BAR. RSVPS, SALUTATIONS AND RETIREMENT WELL WISHES MAY BE EMAILED TO ERIKA.BLACK@FORCES.GC.CA. PLEASE SEND THESE PRIOR TO 2 JUNE
