Military Service Recognition Book – Submission Form
As the “Keepers of Remembrance” Ontario Command is proud to publish an annual Military Service Recognition Book to identify and recognize veterans who have either served or are still serving in our Canadian Armed Forces, the Commonwealth or Allied Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
This project not only produces an annual Military Service Recognition Book but also raises funds through advertising sales which are utilized to support Veterans Transition Programs that in turn assist veterans who suffer from various challenges.
We recently received a memorandum from Provincial Command in which they described how COVID conditions have reduced the current submission rate and they requested that we solicit our membership, family, friends and neighbours for submissions.
There is no requirement to be a legion member and there is no cost associated with a submission. A copy of the input form is attached. Any submission that the branch receives will be appreciated. Submissions can be dropped in the mail slot at the Legion without having to come in to the building.
