Passing Member Information

Passing of Royal Canadian Logistics Service (RCLS) Member – Information Form In order to notify the RCLS community of the unfortunate passing of a former or serving RCLS member, please fill out the following form.
This information will be distributed to currently serving RCLS members by email and posted on our public RCLS Facebook page. The Royal Canadian Logistics Service Association (RCLSA) will manage and distribute the information through their website as well.
Admission d'un membre du Service royal de logistique du Canada (SLRC) - Formulaire d'information Afin d'aviser la communaut  SRLC du d c s malheureux d'un ancien ou un membre actuel du SRLC, veuillez remplir le formulaire suivant. Cette information sera distribu e aux membres actuellement en service du SRLC par courrier  lectronique et publi e sur notre page Facebook publique du SRLC. L'Association du Service de la logistique du Canada (ASRLC) g rera et diffusera  galement l'information sur son site Web.

(For serving members it will be signed by RCLS I/A and RCLS CWO and for retired members it will be signed by the President of the RCLSA) : Demandez une lettre de condol ances pour le plus proche parent. (Pour les membres actifs, il sera sign  par I/C SRLC et Adjuc SRLC et pour les membres retrait s, il sera sign  par le pr sident de la ASRLC).
