TAMBLYN, Paul, CWO (Ret’d), OMM, CD, RCLS

TamblynPaul Tamblyn died unexpectedly, at his home in Callander, on Monday, June 7, 2021.  He was 74 years old.  Paul is survived by his loving wife Monique (Turcotte) of Callander and his companion dog Poppy.

Paul retired as Chief Warrant Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces, after 38 years of active duty.  He was a recipient of the Order of Military Merit, Canadian Decoration and served in Egypt, France, Germany, Petawawa, Borden and North Bay.

Paul was also known as “The Plumber Guy” at Home Depot, North Bay.

Cremation has taken place.  A graveside service at Callander Union Cemetery will take place at a later date.  If desired, memorial donations to Wounded Warriors (woundedwarriors.ca) are suggested.  For assistance with donations, or to leave a condolence or memory for the family, please contact Paul Funeral Home, Powassan 705-724-2024 or visit paulfuneralhome.ca.
