HEWITT, JACK JUNIOR, CWO (Ret’d), RCOC
Peacefully on Monday, March 16, 2015 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Geraldine (Jay). Cherished father to Penny, Pam and Kim and stepfather to Hal, David and Carol. Jack joined the Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps (RCOC) on 21 June 1954 retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces on 26 October 1980. He continued working with the CAF as a Class C Reservist, with the Transportation Department of the Ontario Provincial Government in Ottawa and as Material Manager at the Brockville Psychiatric Hospital. Upon his retirement, Jack and Jay spent many years traveling around North America and winter living in Texas at the Fun-N-Sun RV resort. A grave site service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson’s Society of Canada
