DOUCET, Michael Robert Harry, Major (Ret’d), CD, Logistics-Transport
A wonderful son, husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, soldier and friend passed away peacefully on Saturday, 6 October, 2018 at the age of 58 after a hard fought battle with cancer.
Michael will forever be loved and remembered by his wife Katherine (Eaton), his children Michelle, Rachel, Tyler Andrew, grandchildren Zaccry, Mara, parents Joseph and Ruth, siblings Debbie, Sharon, Jason and his extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday Oct 12 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, at Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home, 435 Davis Dr. Kingston ON.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 13 at 1pm St. Paul The Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 1111 Taylor Kidd Blvd, Kingston ON.
In lieu of flower, those who so desire may make a donation in memory of Michael to the UHKF Cancer Centre.

Mike was a Logistics Transport Officer who started his career as an Admin Clerk and was subsequently commissioned.
His dad, Lou Doucet, was SWO at CFSAL and Base Chief at CFB Borden in the 90’s. His wife, Kate, is also a Logistics (Supply) Officer and has recently or is planning on retiring soon.
