BRITTON, Robert, Maj (Ret’d), RCASC

BrittonRobert passed away peacefully on March 1, 2020 at the age of 77 years.  Beloved husband of Louise Britton.  Loving father of Michael (Suzanne).

Robert retired from the Canadian Armed Forces as a Major, after 32 years of service as a logistician.  He then served as editor of the Canadian Forces Safety Digest for 13 years.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd., Orléans, on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, 174 Wilbrod Ave., Ottawa on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 12 p.m., followed by interment at Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joe’s Supper Table (www.suppertable.ca/donate) would be appreciated.  Online condolences may be shared at: www.heritagefh.ca
