BOUCHARD, Vincent (Butch), CWO (Ret’d) RCOC, Logistics Supply
CWO Vincent (Butch) Bouchard, Soldier Apprentice, left us on 20 May 2015, at the age of 72. He is survived by his wife, Jaqueline Malenfant, and their sons Eric, Yves, and Michel and their families. Butch was simply one of the best soldiers, leaders, and friends you could ever imagine. He touched the lives of all he came into contact with in a positive way. He was a devoted father and husband, an athlete, and an outdoorsman who lived his life to the fullest. Our Branch is diminished by his passing but his memory will live on in the hearts of many.
L’adjudant-chef Bouchard (Butch) RCOC, Branche de l’approvisionnement et de la logistique, apprenti soldat, nous a quitté le 20 mai 2015 à l’âge de 72 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil sa femme, Jacqueline Malenfant, ses trois fils, Yves, Éric, Michel ainsi que leurs familles. Nous garderons de lui, le souvenir d’un soldat exemplaire, d’un leader incarné et d’un grand ami. Il a marqué tous ceux qui l’ont bien connu, et qui ne l’oublieront pas. Il fut un père dévoué, un athlète, un bon vivant, aimant les activités de plein air et profitant de tout ce que la vie a à offrir. Son départ sera grandement regretté par la Branche cependant, elle se souviendra à jamais de Butch.
