ANDERSON, Lloyd W, Sgt (Ret’d), RCASC, Cook

Lloyd passed away on Friday, 6 November 2020 at age 77.

He joined the RCASC in 1961 and served 21 years as a Cook.

From Major Ruby Bridges, RCLS Canadian Army:

(Lloyd) served with such units as 1RCHA and the Airborne Regiment.  He was a good friend.  The last time we attended a veteran’s service was in June 2015 when the little town of Delia, Alberta dedicated a memorial wall of all veterans that hailed from the area.  His name is on that wall and will be forever remembered.  It was a great day.
