Jack, born October 19, 1928 passed peacefully on July 07, 2017 in hospital in his 88th year. Devoted husband to the late Helen Marguerite (nee Whitman). Loving father to Steven (Margaret), David (late Susan) and Mark (Maureen Johnson). Dear grandad of Jennifer (Peter Ritchie), Lisa, Ashley (Joness Lang), Drew, Blair and Dana Plummer.
Jack will be remembered for his service to his country while in the Royal Canadian Navy (Cdr) and as a civilian with the Department of National Defence.
A devoted family man, Jack enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, woodworking and he could fix almost anything!
In memory of Jack, donations can be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Canada where Jack volunteered for many years.
