COLLARD, James (Jim), Sgt (Ret’d), RCOC, Logistics-Sup Tech

Jim passed away on Friday, 23rd September, 2016 in his 68th year.  Best friend for 53 years and dearly beloved husband for 48 years of Marla.  Loving Dad of Steve and his wife Dina, and Bob and his wife Sonya.  “Best Grandpa in the world” to his granddaughters Holly, Olivia, Julia and Addison.

Jim served as a proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 22 years, and then worked for 20 years in Engineering Stores at the University of Western Ontario, before retiring.  He cheered hard for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Toronto Blue Jays and the London Knights. He loved to golf, loved his dog Marley, and will be sorely missed by his many friends.

Those who wish to make a donation in Jim’s memory are asked to consider Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care, or the London Regional Cancer Program.
